Refund & Return Policy

At Aubin Grove Community Playgroup, we are a volunteer-run, not-for-profit community organisation. Any money raised through memberships, donations and merchandise helps support our playgroup and local families.
Memberships
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once your membership has been activated.
If you accidentally purchase a duplicate membership, or if we are unable to provide your membership due to an error on our part, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Merchandise
If you purchase merchandise from us and change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused and in its original condition
- include any original packaging or tags (where applicable)
- be accompanied by proof of purchase.
To arrange a return, please contact us using our contact page before sending your item back.
Unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- memberships that have already been activated
- gift cards (if offered)
- personalised or custom-made items
- clearance or sale items, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
